All of our clients get a free care plan that is done by our professional care managers. Every 4-6 weeks a care manager will come back to do free reassessment of the care plan and bring a free “care package” of home care supplies.

New clients get a “Welcome package” valued at $650. It includes home care supplies and a wearable digital fall detection device. Medical guardian device has a 24 hour phone call center to assist anyone who could have fallen or needed an ambulance. Because we care what happens when we are not there, we provide this service at no cost to our clients. When we are there, we take good care of our clients to help them living better lives in their own homes.

We also have an “Elite Team”. It’s a team of our best caregivers who score high marks on professional attire, experience, communication skills, leadership and reliability. These are the best 10% of our caregivers and will be a great choice for your loved ones. Please inquire about them from your Care Manager.​​​​​​​​
